The app collects a comprehensive set of
devices and activity information essential for field operations:
- Device metadata: model, OS version, SIM association, network operator
- Unique device identifiers for authentication
- App activity logs: feature usage, button clicks, API calls, and event timestamps
- Location Data (Extensive): continuous GPS tracking during Check-In hours, including route
mapping, distance travel, geofencing triggers, site arrival and departure timestamps, travel
paths, speed, and accuracy metrics
- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth signal strength for proximity validation
- Battery percentage, charging status, sensor data (gyroscope, accelerometer) where required
for integrity checks
- System diagnostics to prevent misuse, tampering, or spoofing

Data processed via the app is retained based on client-defined timelines.
Post-contract, the data is retained for up to 2 years before secure destruction unless directed
otherwise.
Website enquiry logs, recruitment submissions, and form entries are retained only for business or legal
purposes and then securely deleted.

- Notify the client within 72 hours

Data Subject Rights
Since your data is processed on behalf of your employer, please route requests (access, correction,
deletion) through your employer.
TechnoPurple will support the client in fulfilling rights requests.

The app does not use cookies.
It uses internal tracking required for operational accuracy and diagnostic purposes.

The Effy App is not intended for children or minors.
It is restricted to authorized professionals assigned by the client.
